CLIENT BRIEF:
We were asked to strip out the old office space as per the dilapidations schedule and bring the office back to a suitable specification for letting.

We refurbished all the communal stairways, toilets and reception area. In the office space we were asked to install new ceilings, lighting, carpet and decoration to produce a clean open plan layout.
